Our CEO and founder, Bernard Wong, owned his Dropshiping business and was so frustrated with services from Aliexpress’s seller, bad communication, no after-sale service, or even they are dropshipper- they are all sucked. So in 2017, he decide to control the supply chain and improve fulfillment service — and the Ship2eu warehouse manage system (WMS) was born to make he could build his DTC business.
Compared with competing with local DTC sellers, Bernard knew he could do more in fulfillment service. We love win-win.
Bernard did tons of research and analysis on fulfillment service, he found out some ultimate reasons that fulfillment from China is much better for small business merchants, those are cost and cash utilization, they could only pay 1/3 on inventory because inventory can save time wasted on the
boat, also they could pay less storage fee and fulfillment fee because of China can offer a lower price on the worker. So he develop the Ship2eu order mange system (WMS) called FbAli to make data management easier for both merchants and Ship2eu. This is where Ship2ei starts.
Building on the Ship2eu journey, in 2019, Ship2eu Fulfillment was born.
